Python: adding LIBDVDCSS possible?

Ive seen some code to add libdvdcss to C and how to call the functions, but I would like to do the whole thing in python if possible and then make a pyqt GUI for it.

Any one know if I can call the or add the libdvdcss.h to python?

Maybe look at using Swig?
