Problem with compiling module under slackware

I've been writing a kernel module which uses netfilter. I compile it under slackware, but get plenty of messages, describing errors in kernel source code.
More information: kernel version 2.4.19, netfilter (iptables) 1.2.7a

I've tried it under RHL 7.0 (kernel 2.2.19) and it worked.

What's wrong?
