Problem unloading module

We tried 'rmmod'ing our module 'ourModule' which gave the error as
'Device or Resource busy'. There were no dependent modules (found out by 'lsmod'). The output of the file /proc/modules is as

root@ekbote:/usr/src/linux-2.6.37/block# cat /proc/modules | grep ourModule
ourModule 2791 0 - Unloading 0xf82dd000

Can you please point out the mistake we are committing.

Thanks

Without knowing anything about your module and just seeing the error, I'd say the module is 'still in use' and can't be removed.
