problem in program of openssl

i wrote a program using openssl library and i used SSL_CTX_new method as shown below...

ctx = SSL_CTX_new(SSLv23_client_method());

the program is compiling but giving no output and after checking i found that ctx value is NULL and the error is:

4177:error:140A90A1:SSL routines:SSL_CTX_new:library has no ciphers:ssl_lib.c:1424:

help me out....

Hi,

I had a similar problem to this after upgrading SSL libs, make sure you do

SSL_library_init();

in your ssl initialization.
