Unhappy Porting FFMPEG Via Ubuntu to Android Needing help

Hi Not sure Where This Subject Really Falls under for posting Ive Been Trying to port FFMPEG to android Via Ubuntu per Method Here: But Ubuntu Can Find FFMPEG At all installed or not or the source code/sdk so uh.. im kinda lost here maybe someone could shed a little light on the matter also im using xubuntu 11.10 because i like gnome2 style interface even if it xfce at least its not unity anyhow not sure if it matters anyway still any useful help would be great thanks.
