Playing a movie in Qt

I am developing a movie player in Qt. well what I want to know is that after decoding a particlar frame I get the details loaded into the buffer. But how do I display them on the screen in a flicker free fashion? Now which Qt widget should I use to display the movie.?
Should I make a custom widget for this purpose?

Thanx in advance...
