Angry PHP System calls using a link

Does anyone know how to execute a perl program by clicking a link in a php page?

I have done this before but cannot remember and cannot find the code, !#$%!#@%.

I want to have two links for starting a service and shutting down a service.

This is driving knucking futs to so any help will be great!

Ummm .... is the perl-script in the servers CGI directory?
Otherwise it will be displayed rather than run ...

Nope I have the script in /usr/local/bin still. I will move it there tomorrow and will post update.
