php commenting, and api generation
I was wondering if has written something in php like the javap command where it will read your code and comments and generate an api for your program? I don't think php has anything built in and I've looked in Sourceforge and didn't find anything. In addition to that does anyone know of any good places too look for good coding standard guidelines? I'd really like to have a sheet of rules for coding standards to just give to the rest of the office so that we're all on the same page.
