I found:

after changed to:

the text editor Leafpad can not save down the php.ini, may be I need to open it as a root (superuser) ?

yes you need to be root to save it

You're searching php_openssl.so extension (Linux/Unix) not a dll for Windows

There is not another line containing openssl or just ssl.

Do you have php5-openssl installed?

After have installed php5-openssl, there is not found:

Maybe it's in another file, sometimes there are other configuration files included in main configuration file

Check if ssl is enabled with

I will continue after 16 hours, now need to sleep.
