permission denied problem

I installed mpich on root it working correctly now i want to run the program by logging in as root..when i tried it shows permission denied so please give me the solution to solve this problem.

Did it say something like this:
-bash: mpich: Permission denied
If so, that means it's a script that doesn't have its execute flag set.

you try setting suid for that executable, for more info check out
