perl help

i have a perl script that i wanted to test but i get a compilation error:

Can't locate Net/RawIP.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linu
x /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/
site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at sniffer.pl line 18.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at sniffer.pl line 18.

whats missing here and how can i get the missing file

try: perl -i /usr/lib/perl5... or whatever the include path is

Just to add - the easiest way to install it is:
perl -MCPAN -eshell

Then at the prompt type:
install Net::RawIP
