perl and web form

Hi,

I have an index.html page and a perl script myscript.pl the thing is that myscript.pl will check that whether the data enterend in the input boxes of index.html is valid or not and and will call index.html but the values which are correct will be still there in index.html however if the values entered in index.html that value will be removed and used will be asked to reenter that value.

this thing is something like interdependant form can any body help me that how can I do this thing.
