Passing an argument to a kommander dialog

I've just discovered kommander for myself, it's a very nice tool to make quick dialog applications but documentation is very bad.
For a start I'm building a gui for truecrypt, which, at this point, can mount and unmount containers. I'm now working on konqueror integration before implementing new functions.
My question is : How can I pass an argument from the commandline right into one of the dialog's textfields ? I know that it works from the manpage of kmdr-executor, but I cannot figure out the syntax to do it.

I hope some of you have kommander experience, if my description is not clear enough, I can post some screenshots of what I mean.

edit: here is a screenshot of what I want to do.

ok, I figured it out now. I'd still appreciate if someone could direct me to some good tutorials or howtos. Trial and error is very slow ...
