Question packet creation in libnet

I've parsed packet data from a logfiile (snort binary log) and have extracted the pkt header, eth hdr, ip hdr and tcp header along with the packet data. I need to reinject the packets at the link layer. Does anyone know the libdnet (not libnet) function for forming and injecting the packets to a raw socket? Many thanx.
