NTLM decoding string

Hello,

Can anybody give the 64 decoding code of NTLM Authentication.

My string is proxy-authorization: NTLM TlRMTVNTUAABAAAAB7IAogYABgAtAAAABQAFACgAAAAFAJMIAAAAD1BJTkdFT0UyMDAw
How to decode the above string to get the word of NTLMSSP and username and password...?

I would like to remark that passwords are used for a reason. (Asking for help with) decoding passwords that are not yours is not considered content LQ wants to see. And using weak auth is not an invitation or reason for cracking it. If you want a login/pass ask the owners/admin crew/helpdesk/whatever else.

the 64 decoding code of NTLM Authentication.
Openssl, "man enc", flags "-d", "-a".
