I'm sure if you buy some Symantec software, some one in support there can hold your hand doing some encryption.

I've had bad experiences with Symantec's nag screens when my subscription to their AV software ran out. No more Symantec for me. I don't need hand holding anyway. I just hate user unfriendliness when it's not necessary. I'll settle for 7-Zip for now.
