Need to hire a programer!

I don't know where to put this so someone please move it if it is in the worng place. A friend of mine urgently needs a small program developed. I am hoping someone will see this and send me some info on where to hire someone, and what it might cost: wildweasel104@hotmail.com

Again, I apologize if this is not appropiate but he is desperate.

He needs a GUI frontend for CDrecord that does exactly-looks like the following.

1.Writes Audio cds in Disk at Once mode from .wav files (No file conversion,CD ripping, cddb needed or wanted.

2.Allows drag and drop into track layout, the tracks to be used will always be stored in the same directory but not all the files will always be used.

3.Must be able to place the same track in the layout more than once, and change the order somehow like up and down arrows or something.

4.There must be no options for dummy writing, or any other options than those specified (He might have a few more), it's for free distribution to people who are not particularily computer literate and are going to stay that way. It literally should be, they open the program, drag the tracks to the order they want, and press "create" and they get their CD. One other option that he would like but is not absolutely necessary is that they be able to click on the track and hear it somehow.

5.It needs to have the company graphics on it.

6. Needs to run in Suse 7.1

If you know anyone who would be able to do this REALLY quickly let me know, my friend is going nuts.

You could try asking the developers of a GUI CD burn program if they would write a specialized version of their software for money. I suggest cdbakeoven as a base to write the program and you could contact the developers of cdbakeoven to see if they would write the program.

http://cdbakeoven.sourceforge.net/

Be forewarned that the cdbakeoven developers would have to sell the revised version under the GPL.
