mysql error

while browsing mysql it shows this kind of error
warning: failed opening /var/www/html/mysql/index.php'for inclusion [include_path='.:/php/includes:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear']in unknown on line 0

this error has nothing to do with mysql... please could you explain this in a suitable amount of detail.

Moved to Programming

It sounds like there is probably a config file for your php scripts that needs the path to the install set.
