map I/O space

Hello,

Do you know the function that returns the assigned virtual address for the specific physical address (like MmMapIoSpace() in WIN_CE) ?

Regards,

Most likely such interface it's not exported to user-space. The kernel manages this mapping internally in an exclusive way as there may not be guarantee at all that content is currently in RAM as it may be swapped out later. The most likely calls are mincore() & mlock() to verify whether certain pages are in RAM and to keep them there respectively.
