mail , sendmail HELP


HellO everyone...

Is there a simple tutorial of "mail , sendmail"
How to redirect files as a message or as a list of users with -c <list>and -b <list>options with the mail command ..?
i tried this
# mail -s "subject" <user@domain.any> -c <should I type a list my self or can i redirect addresses from a file here Or Copy & paste> <enter> message.
