m4 tutorial-help $# , $*, defn etc.


Hi there, I'm looking for some really detailed M4 tuitorials with examples instead of the manual. I got confused with the example illustrated in the its manuals actually. or some one can give me good examples on that?

Not sure - I haven't read this book through yet, though I've been meaning to (along with several others) for a long time, and can't really evaluate it, but it *looked* worth reading and this section is relevant. m4
