lsmod is not working in linux in my system


hi,
i have red hat linux ES3 (kernel version 2.4.21) in my system and i am new user to it ...
but when i try to list modules using lsmod command it shows command not found...
similarly insmod and rmmod shows same error...
please guide me what to do?
how to fix this problem...

hi,
thats beacuse of you are giving this command to shell as normal user. become root and then just type lsmod
Or
if u dont want to be root then use /sbin/lsmod
