Looking for web programmer volunteers for a program

I want to make an online testing/tutorial/flash-card program

I want to be able to create flashcards that can be accessed via webbrowser.

Multiple choice questions are an option, but I also want fill in the blanks and maybe the ability to execute a script if the tester gets it right. Maybe this could use a Postgres backend or something? I don't know.

Any ambitious programmers out there that might feel like helping me out? I don't know anything about programming web applications.

No server yet... but its going to be testing for all sorts of things. I want users to be able to enter their own questions and answers and use it as a "flashcard" system for drilling and testing.

I plan on using it for language learning and for certification exams for example.

I'm down. I work as a Web Developer during the day, so I won't have a whole lot of time to devote, but contact me via email to discuss it further.

There's a good client side script on the O'reilly site - the files are zipped chapter downloads from the Javascript Application Cookbook (an excellent book). The chapter which is interesting is Ch.2 - The Online Test. The questions are in a .js file the questions are accessible if you know the directory where they're stored, but there's also a code suggestion for making it secure with server side javascript or cgi.

No programming needed!
