looking for very good tutorial


in fact i've tried to search in google, but i still didn't self-confidence with these results of the search, possibly because I felt still newbie.

so, I asked to you all here that has been senior and experienced with C/C+ and Perl.

i looking for the very good tutorial/the article/the book to learn how to write the secure code/program in Perl and C/C++.

and thank a million for your help
