looking for programmer and advice

We are looking for an excellent programmer interested in working on Fusenetwork, a web based software aimed at strengthening democratic grassroot networks. At its root, Fusenetwork will be a friendster-like social network software with basic CMS capabilities (calander, agenda setting, project tracking, ect). In addition there will be democratic processes that will facilitate decision making across networks.

We have design flats and extensive feature lists and interested networks and groups lined up to test run the app. Ideally the site will be built on a modified open source CMS such as drupal and plone, or designed in ruby on rails, but we are open to suggestions.

So far we have an excellent designer and a skilled html/xml/css coder. We need a programmer to complete the team. We are interested in partnering with or hiring a programer with a strong background in developing web applications. This is a not for profit project. Any leads or advice are much appreciated.

For those who are interested i will have a click through of the flats ready on monday.

Contact us at kosit1@mac.com. We look forward to your response.

Sincerely,
Daniel Scott
