Looking for javax.comm for Linux in

Hi, I'm new here. I'm searching javax.comm package for linux (Gentoo). I can't see a download link here . I'm new with "Java Communications" so I don't know where I can get this. It's for my thesis.

If anyone knows, please let me know.
