LinuxAnswers C++, Pointers, Refrences and Classes.

I was thinking of writing a tutorial on C++, specifically Pointers, Refrences and there usuage with Classes, and I was wondering whether people would actually be interesed in this. ( Before I do all the work :) )

Since it is something that comes up in this forum, and people don't always get whats going wrong with their code.

Well, here's one vote. I'm interested.

Pet peeve nitpick- please change you're (sic) sig: "If at first you don't suceed... you're a programmer." Unless, of course, that's some wayyy subtle implied programming joke. :)

Just some self depriciating humour. I mean how many times, have you written and compiled a program that works perfectly the first time round? Just never happens :)

I used to have

"If you give someone a program, you will frustrate them for a day; if you
teach them how to program, you will frustrate them for a lifetime."

If it is something well written that can be referred to in answers to questions on these forums, then I'm in favor of it. It has to be very clear and concise, and geared to newbies, otherwise it is just another one of 'the others'. Attention to spelling and grammar would be nice, too.
Frankly, I'm convinced it is a subject that most people either "get" or "don't get", and for those that don't, no amount of explaining will clarify the subject.

My level of interest would depend on its quality. And I can't evaluate its quality until you've done all the work.
