Learning Linux source code

This is my first query post in this forum..
I have just started to learn the linux kernel source code.Any pointers or tips would be very helpful? I have to do it very quickly and switch career.

Well, actually the net is full of docs about linux and its kernel. Google will be your friend. But a good starting point where you'll find a mixed collection of articles about this is here:
