Smile Kylix ????

Well I found out about KYLIX. It's supposed to be something like DELPHI for LINUX but I haven't had the chance to work with it yet (my modem is down and I can't even download it). The question is if someone know something about it, or even if has worked with it.

Hi..

Kylix is basically a Linux port of Delphi. Delphi is very similar to Visual Basic only instead of being based on Basic it is based on Pascal. Actually, you can now download an "Open" version of Kylix from Borland at no cost as long as anything made with it is relaeased under the GPL. From what I have seen so far, it is excellent. Of course I am slightly biased since I have a long Pascal background. I am thinking about buying the commercial version. Hope this helps...
