KDevelop and resource files

Hi ppl!

I'd like to know, where I can tell KDevelop to handle resources like images, that I use in programms.

I mean this: A programm in SDL. Displaying an image. The image is in the same directory as the project. It works.

Now I use ./configure && make && make install on the console and whhooooppp... doens't work anymore, because "make install" doesn't install the image.

Got my problem? :-) Nice!

Can someone tell me how to handle this?

Thanks a lot! Greetings, Sascha

Open Automake Manager/QMake Manager window from KDevelop (usually it's last options from the tabs on the right). You have an IMAGES section. Add your pictures there and they'll be handled by make.

Hi! Thanks for ypur reply!

I checked it, and there is just a "Header in noinst" (empty) and a "sdl2(Program in bnin)" (sdl2 is proj.name)

May it be, that it depends on the project type I choose at the beginning, if there is an image section or not? I have choose C->Simple Hello World ...

Greetings, Sascha

I have just checked it and the thing I mentioned in the last post was OK for qmake. Using automake you need to add a new target and add your pictures to it.
