java: reading secure website
Hi,
Im aware of reading webpages using BufferedReader in java. But How would I read a page that requires authentication i.e. username/pasword? Any hints or clues? Thanks raven |
This looks helpful: http://javaalmanac.com/egs/java.net/Auth.html?l=rel
If it uses SSL (https), I would suggest reading this: http://java.sun.com/developer/JDCTec...04/tt0817.html |
got it thanks,
but i get this error: Code:
java.lang.SecurityException: Unable to locate a login configuration Im using eclipse and when i click on any of these errors I get a class editor window which says "Source not found - The jar file rt.jar has no source attachment." It then has a button to link the jar file. Do you have any idea whats with that? Thanks raven |
