In conclustion, my question is:
How does Linux programmer retrieve C/C++ functions, and STL, and Java Doc? Is there something similar to MSDN.
For me I use http://www.linuxquestions.org. And look really stupid time to time from asking stupid question.

I think programming is very project dependent. Maybe if you give more information what kind of project you intend to develop, people can give you more help.

For C++ / STL use these two:

http://www.cppreference.com/
http://www.sgi.com/tech/stl/table_of_contents.html

You could mirror locally these two.
