hello all i would like to ask about if this distro >>> Suse Linux Enterprise Desktop is good for php and writing perl and mysql and other web stuff am going in project to make asubset of "webmin" >> so do you think it will be helpful all not

linux is linux. meaning (realistically speaking), you can run the same software on fedora core as you can suse. install any distro you want and install the software packages necessary for your development. i dont think any 1 distro will be 'better' at this than any others.
just some distros might have all the specific tools you want installed by default. however any decent distro will have a package manager or software management tool to easily install these tools.

Your FC5 (in your profile) should also do fine.

but i used fedora b4 but wasnot good enough any how SLED will by good or what any body here do adevelopment stuff on it or no !!!

As others mentioned, all distros are essentially the same and can do similar things. Just install the packages you wish to use with YAST and you should be good to go.

I suppose you mean Fedora Core 4. If that's not good enough, you may first explain why. Else other advices might also not be good enough.
