Interweaving RSS Feeds

Perhaps this is the wrong place to ask this, and if it is I completely apologize, but I was wondering if anybody knows how to capture RSS feeds from a number of websites, and then interleave individual posts from the websites by date and not by website.

Like this: http://www.politicalwire.com/wingers/
Or this: http://www.baseballblogs.org/

Your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
