installing sqlite under cyqwin

Am trying to install sqlite under ciqwin and i get the following
error messages. Perhaps i mhave the wrong sqlite distribution?

bash-2.05b$ ls
bash-2.05b$ rpm -Uvh sql*

When I last checked, cygwin wasn't a rpm based distribution, so using an rpm package
for sqlite is doomed to fail.

Also to get something working in different platform, you have to compile it for that platform.
Get the sources, try survive with dependencies and compile.
