IDE for assembly


Is there is any IDE for assembly, like windows has nasm-ide? I read that emacs can be use to edit, compile and debug programs in assembly, if this is true how can this be done? Thanks a lot.

I dont use assembly... but I do use Geany, which supports assembly.
