ICMP ping flooding using shell scripts


I need to flood ping messages to another system using shell scripting.

Need ur help guys

Either write your own in a compiled language or use the ping command's -f option.

Thanks friend.

-f option is ok - but what if i need to flood precisely with a ping messsage for every 100 microseconds or 10 micro seconds.

Then as taylor_venable said: write your own in a compiled language.

And out of curiosity...helping you to write something to launch a DOS on someone, isn't something you'll likely get much help with.
