Anybody know good programmer forums with plenty of register users? forum language must be English . thanks

Right, arobic. dbforum is really a nice place for DB programmer, it's good.
but does anybody know the best forum in following categories?
1) c/c++, visual c++ , borland c++ builder
2) embedded system, firmware developer
