html/css

Hello
I have a problem with my background.
Link: http://www.freewebs.com/xbow/Morbus/Contact.html
If i look it using internet exploder it looks ok, but when i look at it using netscape the background line is a lil bit to the left, and using firefox to the right. So how can i put it on the right place so that it works under evry browser and resolution.
Thanx Hylke
