How to use C++ in Lindows OS

Hi everybody. I'm using LindowsOS for my computer and I want programing with C++. How can i use it, please help.

Well I'm not programmer but to my knowledge you can use just about any text editor to create your programs, then use a c compiler to compile it, etc.

You mean you need to install gcc / g++ / make / all that other stuff? Try searching the site, I think this has been asked before and someone outlined how to get those tools on lindows
