paonethestar is right....
if the superuser chmod's 444 the .bashrc file of "badguy" he wud not be able to overwrite it by a new one thru ftp ing..

I tried what u said, but when i issue ftp 144.16.75.124 on my friend login error message occured as
connect:connection refused

then tell me what to do
