Question how to get a compiler for kwrite


hey all

i have recently obtained mandrake linux and am unable to find information
on how to compile using kwrite. I program using java and there is no debugger or compiler automatically installed. Can anyone explain to me how i am to get 1?? please??

kwrite is just a noddy text editor... it can't compile anything. if you're writing java code, then you need java.... http://java.sun.com or http://www.blackdown.org
