How to create an 'Exit' button

Hello

I am using Kommander Dialog Editor 1.2, and I'm building a GUI for an Application
I would like to create an 'Exit" button, when I press it with the mouse it close that application. What is the Kommander text that I should write ?

Another question : How can I disable the 'Maximise button' ?

Thanks
