That's quite hard to do - what task do you want to accomplish? IMO, hundreds, or even thousands of assembly statements (on CISC machines already - on RISC it is even worse) can resolve to a single line of C code... never mind even a simple function call.

You might get something useable by assembling your assembly code to an executable, then decompiling the executable into C.

Google for 'boomerang' to find a C decompiler which might work.
