How Linux controller driver handles URB


Hii evryone,
I have been studying linux kernel 2.6 usb subsystem from couple of days..But i got stuck into hw host controller driver(hcd.c) process URB after queing them up on perticular end-point of interfaces? Can neone tell me about the tutorials where i can find it ..
