how would you do this?

i recently bought a complete touchscreen pc and after i formatC-ed it, installed suse10 on it and after aweek i managed to get the touchscreen work under X. Now i'd like to create an interface for it in flash, export the exe and execute it under wine. This is all done and now i am at the point to create the interaction between my app and the host executing wine so that i can call bash commands and scripts when clicking on the buttons on the flash interface. If i knew how to do this from DOS the thing would be easy ... but i don't. I'm sure there is a way. plz, help!

It would probably be a lot easier to do the interaction via http calls and cgi/php (apache installed locally).

Isn't there a flash player for Linux? Seems a waste to add lots of unnessesary layers (wine) and unnessesary complications if you can do it with native apps.
