How can I change the menu font size in Eclipse Juno
 

I've installed Eclipse Juno in CentOS 6.3 under KDE. I always tweak all of the font settings in Eclipse, making the text editor fonts small, the menues smaller, the window and panel fonts smaller, and so on. I've been able to reduce the size of the fonts in the editors I use, but nothing I've tried works for the menu fonts, the font used for window titles, text in window tabs, the text in panels, and so on. Nothing seems to take. I've successfully done this in Eclipse Indigo but Eclipse Juno appears to do things differently. Does anyone know how to reduce the font sizes for all IDE elements in Eclipse Juno?
