Hosting for open source projects (advice)

I want to go with a hosting company to start colaborative development of this app . Can anyone make a reccomendation?

I would prefer subversion to cvs (as I hear its easier to learn/use), and 100MB storage would be loads. Ftp access would also be preferred.

I have no experience in this area, so any advice in general would be great.

thanks in advance,
