help in linux mini project needed.


HI friends,
I am a great fan of linux and now in our college we have to submit a project as a part of crricuum.I am interested in doing it on linux.Can anyone of you suggest me a good project (shud be small!).I know C,C++.

Write more about things you know/like. Also, how small (estimate lines count). With a not big number of lines you can write a small graphical game (using Qt or GTK) -- a kind of puzzles, for example.

i know c and c++. the program can be of a few 100's of lines. and u are saying about a gme i would love to do it.

but i dont know where to and how to start?

could you help me out?

The most important thing about game is idea. When you have it it's simple. Here are Qt tutorials/docs you may find useful:
