help fixing error reported by Valgrind

Hi All,
I hope someone can help me out with this. I have just started using Valgrind to check memory, but am totally confused as to how to fix an error due to lack of experience
with valgrind, I don't really understand what it's asking me to fix.
I originally ran the software in valkyrie the valgrind gui, which seems to give strange results. However I've now ran just from command prompt and get different results, these seem to make more sense. The error I couldn't worked out just vanished by using from command prompt

I'm really sorry, but you posted insufficient information (and also what you posted is almost useless, because those are only small parts of files - without real context)

I haven't used valkerie but the difference in output may have to do with differing args being passed to valgrind.

These are the ones I usually use and it will produce a lot of output to help trace any errors it finds.

Code:
valgrind --tool=memcheck --leak-check=yes --leak-check=full --track-origins=yes -v
